Folsom Streetfair was an overwheming experience. So much so that I feel like I missed most of it! Partly because the crowds were so thick and all I could think of was getting to where I was going. And the other part was me not having a planned agenda or itinerary and not knowing where to go for what.

It's just as well, I didn't feel like I was under any pressure or stress. And as far as the vendors were concerned, I was sad to have missed shopping for some great gear. But I did meet some 'impressive' men and women on my way through the festival.

The highlights of my weekend experience were the semiprivate in-the-know intimate gatherings hosted by locals in their homes and businesses on the festival grounds away from looky-loo tourists.
